During 6 months I worked on the product development of 8 different projects related to hyper care (body and hair).

I participated in new product development and range renovations, which teaches me both aspects of new product development. Also, I was able to respond to marketing requests from countries and R&D.

Now, I know how to operationalize a marketing plan according to product creation, develop the appropriate tools to implement correctly the strategy on the market. Also, coordinate launch operations with exchanges with Europe and Global desk, collaborate with the production department to ensure the industrial feasibility of the new products and follow their production. I can elaborate strategies with the Brand strategy and DNA for the existing and upcoming assets of the category to reach quantitative and qualitative objectives.

During this experience I had used my analytical mindset in order to develop a customer-oriented strategy. Conceive solid and innovative strategic plans for the targeted targets and with impact in terms of results through the development of arguments and product characteristics and the creation of books (Launch Kit).

Finally, I was able to put my creativity thanks to artwork creation and validation, models validation and CGI follow-up and validation.

I participated in two ranges already in the market in 2020 as you can see above: Expert range (scalp and hair treatment) and Essential range. As you can remark on the pack, the minimum is 90% of natural origin ingredients with organic ingredients and without silicon. Each product is specialized according to hair type and it’s important to know, it has recyclable packaging.
